| All rentals are COD unless prior arrangements have been made |

| All customers MUST have liability insurance on file at Pacific Video Products on equipment rented. |

|
| A security deposit may be required to rent equipment. |
|
|
| Identification must be presented to a rental representative at time of pick-up |

|
| Customers renting equipment assume all responsibility for damage, theft or loss. |
|
|
| Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards are accepted for your convenience. |
|
|
| A no-pick-up or a cancellation with less than a 24 hour prior notice will be subject to a 20% fee. |
|
|
| Equipment must be picked up/returned to Pacific Video unless otherwise arranged. |
|
|
| Delivery and pickup on rented equipment may be arranged prior to rental dates. |
|
|
| Late fees will be applied to all rentals not returned on time. |
