| With the Cassablanca KRON you can import video from a number of formats including VHS, S-VHS, DVD, 8mm, Hi 8mm video, digital video (DV), and mini-DV. You can even capture video directly from your video camera (digital or otherwise) using a standard composite (RCA), S-Video connection, or even a Firewire connection.
Once the video is stored on the machine you can begin to edit the clips in a number of ways. From simply trimming the clip, to extensive image processing . You can also add scrolling text and other video special effects (e.g. backwards, jitter, and slow-motion). To add a special touch, you can import audio to be played over the video footage you just edited.
